Volunteer Signup: Slow and Say Hello Outposts 2024
As a Slow and Say Hello (SASH) volunteer, you will engage with trail users as they come by – hikers, runners, bikers, and equestrians. You'll ask them a series of questions, and give them freebies! The questions are designed to encourage a dialog about positive interactions among trail users and instill an appreciation for the unique plants and wildlife that make Marin such a rich bio-diverse destination. The quiz also includes questions and information about trail etiquette and how we can all share the trails. Each outpost will have a quiz specific to that location.

We’ll have volunteers from the Marin Horse Council and Marin Conservation League along for the fun.  

Perks include a free Slow & Say Hello t-shirt and snacks.

We will contact you with more information before each trail outpost date. Timing is generally 8:30 am - 12:00 pm.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email Tom@marinbike.org
