T-index Questionnaire

Thank you for taking a few minutes to support the T-index review!

The T-index is ERCAS’ most recent project. It aims at measuring government transparency in practice, verifying if prescriptions provided by law are effectively implemented by the government in each of the 120 observed countries.

To help review our research, we have set up this questionnaire. The 14 questions below seek to determine whether a country’s government provides certain types of information to the public.

Please choose an answer to each question based on your expertise in the selected country and remember to include a source (link/URL) that justifies your choice. If a country has no open source available on a certain topic, please just say so in the source field.

Obs.:
●  The questionnaire focuses on the activities of the central government and does not address the role of state and local governments.
●  If the information is only available until a certain point in time, which is not the most recent calendar year (2018 or 2019), it should be considered as not available, and 0 points should be given.
