Dear Parents and Guardians,

My name is Mr. Mattera and I am the Chorus teacher at Duke Elementary. Complete this Google Form to enroll your child in chorus class at Duke Elementary.

Important Information for 2022:
- Chorus instruction will begin Wednesday, September 21 and will end on Thursday, May 25.
- We will learn and sing in-person and there will be extra activities and copies of our music on Schoology.
- Chorus classes meet once per week, on Wednesday (4th) or Thursday (5th) for 45 minutes.
- All chorus classes are during the school day, but not during lunch, recess, or specials.
