As a VIP consignor, I understand that I will earn 35% (or 40% if my clothing items are already on hangers) of my sales.  

My check will be available immediately after the sale via email. I have verified the email is correct.

I understand that I will receive Consignor shopping passes to the Private Pre-Sale and the Half-Price Pre-Sale.  My early shopping passes will be given to me when I drop off my items OR will be left at the front door of the event with my name/Consignor ID and I will pick them up before I shop.

As a VIP, my processor will prepare my items to make as much money for me as possible. I agree to let all my items go 50% off and unsold items will be donated at the end of the sale.

As a VIP, I will be charged a $20 consignor fee. You can have up to 300 items for $20.

As a VIP, I will sort through the clothing before I bring it to my processor. I will make sure the clothes fit in the guidelines, are the right season, and are free of odors and pet hair. I will not bring totes or bags directly from storage without sorting and checking contents.*

"Bag of Grace": I understand that my VIP Processor will use ONE Walmart plastic bag as a standard for my "Bag of Grace".  Any unacceptable items will be placed in the bag.  If all of my rejected items fit inside the bag, I will not incur an additional fee.  However, if the bag will not hold all of my rejected items, I will be assessed a $20 Excessive Sorting fee.  This will be in addition to my $20.00 Consignor fee.  In this event, my processor will text me a photo of the rejected items.

Containers: I understand that whatever containers I deliver my items to my VIP Processor in will NOT be returned to me. Bring items in boxes or bags that you do not want back. We cannot store or keep containers.

Batteries:  I understand that any items requiring batteries will contain working batteries.  If not, the VIP Processor will replace them at the cost of $1 per battery (charged to my VIP account).  If the item is not worth the cost of new batteries, the item will be donated.  

Clothing: All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). We will take jeans, pants and long sleeve shirts as well as shorts and short sleeves. We will also take play clothes, costumes, dress clothes, etc. Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear. If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP processor will know what goes together.

Infant Clothing: We will price competitively - it's abundant!  We bundle 3-4 items per hanger.

Junior Clothing: We accept junior clothing up to size 15 and XL. Please, do NOT send us adult/mature clothing. We do not sell adult clothing at RLs. JUNIOR GIRL CLOTHING is limited to the following brands in the VIP program: Abercrombie, Adidas, American Eagle, Athlete, Banana Republic, Birkenstock, BKE, Blowfish, Chaco, Champion, Columbia, Converse, Free People, Guess, Hollister, J. Crew, Kan Kan, Lucky Brand, Lululemon, Miss Me, Nike, North Face, Patagonia, Pink, Polo, Rock Revival,  Southern Trend, Silvers, Steve Madden, True Religion, Ugg,  Under Armor, Vans, Zyia, as well as Boutique Brands. If you have other brands, please consider listing those everyday brands as a traditional consignor. There is not a quantity limit on Junior Girls clothing, only brand restrictions. There are no brand restrictions for JUNIOR BOYS CLOTHING and we accept up to size XL and waist size 36. They need to be in style and up to date.  We take current styles that have been in the mall within the last 2-3 years, are trendy and are of current fashion geared to ages 16-22.  We do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.

Shoes: We will sell any shoes in excellent condition. I understand and agree that I will NOT send shoes with excessive wear & tear: If they have footprints in them, are discolored, have dirt in the soles, or the soles or toes are worn off, they are too worn for RLs.

Maternity clothing: Must be in style and in good condition.  Please only send current maternity clothing, if you don't remember where you got it, it's probably too old. We can sell nursing bras, but they must be super clean. Maternity clothing must be in season: spring/summer.

Pricing: Your VIP processor will list your items 25-35% of retail, sometimes more for better brands in excellent condition. Their goal is to make you as much money as possible. After your VIP processor has entered your items they will message you so you can check your listing. You will have 24 hours to approve the listing or make changes with the processor. You will have access to your account via our website or our app during the entire sale.

Car seats: We will accept car seats with a manufacture date of 10/06/19 or later. Your processor will have a waiver that you will need to complete. The seat must have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date.Car Seats MUST BE VERY VERY CLEAN!  If a seat has stains, food, dirt, etc, we will not accept it.
