The Baxter County Library Teen Library Council (TLC) involves our teen patrons in furthering the mission of the library by seeking their ideas on programs, services, and materials, as well as facilitating opportunities for them to serve the community.

Students in 7th to 12th grade are eligible to apply. Members are selected by an application process. Candidates should have a STRONG desire to help their community and a LOVE of the Library. All applicants will be considered, but spots are limited.
