Mattapan Tech is a private occupational school approved by the Mass. Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Employment and Training and exempted by the Office of Private Occupational School Education, Division of Professional Licensure. It is the discretionary power of  accredited higher education institutions to evaluate your certifications and transcripts to grant you college credit for your learning experience. This form is designed only for students and graduates to request their  transcript to be used for college applications, school or work purposes.  All transcripts  will be sent directly to the institution in a sealed envelop, if requested a copy will be mailed or e-mailed to the petitioner. Transcripts are only available for students who completed a program and submitted a petition to graduate.
