The Cumberland Farmers Market has a mandate to support local farmers and small businesses that produce products locally and are handmade artisanal products.  

We try to make certain that most products at our market are locally grown or locally/handmade.  And that these locally made products are being sold directly by the producers or by designated representatives who are familiar with the business operations and means of production.  NOT every single items at the market must be hand made, but the majority of any single vendors product line should reflect significant involvement in its production. 

Our YOUNG VENDORS booth provides local youth with the opportunity to share their passion for gardening/farming,  artisanal WORKS, creative products, baking,  or fundraising in such a way that encourages development and support. 

We require that the student be on site at the market date and that they are involved in the production or preparation of their product and at the market event.

Fees -  We are offering a SINGLE week to any YOUNG VENDOR interested in using our sponsored space either for personal income or for fundraising efforts. 

The rate for the SINGLE WEEK spot for the young vendor applicant is $20.  We require that the young vendor have knowledge of the business and is present on the event date to represent their business. 

 The Cumberland Farmers Market does not give refunds due to cancellations, vendor personal issue, conflicting event, weather, acts of God or any other unforeseeable issues. Check here that you understand the Fee's and IF you have been accepted you agree to pay in the timeline above.

Chose PREFERRED DATE - Select your preferred date and a back up date.  We will try to fit  you in and if neither of these weeks are available we will reach out to find a suitable date.

Please include a list of the products you would like to sell.  Include a brief description.  We use this information to determine if you qualify for our Market.   You are NOT allowed to bring items not listed, as we may have placed you in direct line of competition with another vendor with similar products.  (for example, you cannot bring soap unless soap is listed so we do not have multiple soap sellers in one row.)

We may ask for additional information.

Social Media and Promotions - We both take pictures at the event and gather promotional images to support our efforts to generate attendance. Please check to accept that photo's may be taken at the event and that there is no expectation of restriction on photography in a public forum like a Farmers Market.  *
You understand this is an application and must be reviewed and not automatic acceptance into the CFM or to the selected preferred dates.  That the committee and its members and staff reserve the right to refuse any application.  

Your Acceptance will be accompanied by an INVOICE which will reflect your accepted date and payment due date. 

Any modifications to your registration after acceptance can be made through the market manager.
