Thank you for your interest in a learning pod with Flex Academies, supported by The Lane! We are working rapidly to finalize details of spaces and families, and would like to confirm your intent to register your child/children in a learning pod this fall.

We are excited about the interest throughout the region and are working to match families and locations. Please know that locations are not yet finalized, but we are committed to communicating information as quickly as we have it. Receiving your confirmation is a vital step in finalizing locations and groups. Once we have your commitment, we will be able to share the location and make-up of your group.

The learning club will operate from 9-1pm or 9-4pm at your discretion. The fee for a half day (9-1pm) will be $260/week per child. The fee for a full day (9-4pm) will be $330/week per child. You will be signed up for a recurring weekly payment, but can cancel at anytime with 1 week notice.

We will work with each pod individually to finalize a schedule that accommodates their school’s virtual learning schedule and the enrichment/tutoring desires of each individual. However, a general schedule will include children attending all of their virtual learning sessions, incorporating free play, engaging in enriching art/music/fitness activities, and having tutoring sessions at the request of parents.

To maintain a safe and happy environment, we ask that everyone commit to wearing masks, being respectful of social distancing, agree to daily temperature checks, maintain habits similar to those you stated in your survey (or make your pod aware if things change), disclosing and contacting your pod leader if your family has or is exposed to COVID, and to keeping your children home if they or anyone in your household is not feeling well.

After you confirm your spot, we will reach out no later than August 19th to complete registration.
