SCHOOL PHOTOS
Traditional "school" photos in the studio with the following backdrops offered: Cream, Jade, Robins Egg, Bubble Gum, Sunshine, Classic & Grey. This contract is NOT for Seniors as they may require additional poses. Please contact me if you have a Senior and would like to plan a Senior session. The cost is $25 for a digital copy of one pose, to be chosen at the time of sitting. Additional prints or art are priced separately. Additional backdrops used will be billed at $10 per backdrop and will receive a social media sharing file for each background purchased.

BACKGROUND CHOICES  - You will be billed $10 for any additional background choices chosen. You'll receive a social media sharing sized image for each background chosen.  (Classic background shown on a Senior image). *

PAYMENTS - Your payment doubles as your retainer. In order to reserve your date, you must pay for your sitting fee ahead of time.  Once the retainer is received, your date is “purchased” on my calendar and will not be offered to others. If you miss your appointment you will need to pay for another session. Any other prints or art can be purchased from the gallery upon delivery. RETAINER/PAYMENT This can be paid via PayPal or Venmo using http://paypal.me/PersimmonLanePhoto, or  https://venmo.com/persimmonlanephoto. Alternatively, you can mail a check or drop off cash (I can issue a receipt electronically for cash transactions). 7110 Persimmon Lane, Owings, Md 20736. Any checks that are returned for insufficient fees will incur all associated costs added to your session balance. If this situation occurs, photographs will not be released until the associated fees are paid. *

LATE ARRIVALS/MISSED APPOINTMENTS - Photographers may have other sessions scheduled before or after clients, so arriving late will affect your session. If you miss your session, you'll be required to pay for your session time again. *

COOPERATION OF CLIENTS - Clients agree to cooperate during the session in the following ways: *

PERSONAL SCENTS - Please wear minimal scents during our session as personal scents are not required for the overall esthetic of the photographs. Personal scents can seem stronger when shooting in close proximity to subjects so please avoid them. *

TURN-AROUND-TIME – Clients will choose their pose at the session. The file will then be uploaded to a personalized gallery where you’ll be able to order prints and download your social media sharing size. All files will be uploaded within 2 days of your appointment. *

EDITING AND RETOUCHING - Photographer will perform limited color correction to your delivered images. Basic color correction includes white balance, contrast. Any extensive editing will be done solely at the Photographer's discretion. Edits requested beyond basic included editing shall be incurred at the cost of the client. The rate shall be no less than $20 per image, but subject to current rates for professional retouching services (sourced). Photographer uses professional software (Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop) and may consult with other professionals for post-processing of the images, within the scope of the model release. *

PHOTOGRAPHER'S STYLE - Any client wishing for photos to appear differently than the style that is being offered should contact the photographer immediately. Photos will not be re-edited to an alternate style. By booking clients understand images will be similar in outcome to only those images posted on the Photographer's website and social media as they represent the Photographer's style. *

IMAGE DELIVERY - All images will be delivered digitally. Client will not receive prints unless they are purchased separately. *

GALLERY DELIVERY - Images will be hosted to a gallery. You will be emailed a link to download your images that you selected to purchase. To select your images, please add them to the cart and then use the provided coupon code to "zero" out your "purchase" (download). *

STORING YOUR IMAGES - Clients acknowledge the photographer does not maintain an archive of images. Once your images are delivered, you will need to create multiple back-ups to ensure that your images aren't lost or damaged. Photographer makes no promises to re-deliver images once they are downloaded and reserves the right to impose an archive fee of $25 if the gallery needs to be reposted. Photographer receives an email confirmation once your images are downloaded and complete. Please download your images within 14 days of delivery. It is the responsibility of the client to let the Photographer know if there are issues during the download process. Photographer not responsible for clients who do not download images due to claims of ignorance or forgetfulness. *

ENTIRE AGREEMENT - This agreement is the entire understanding of the parties (PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT). It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties, including verbal agreements. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement, which does not mean that any other provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, the validity of the agreement as a whole shall not be affected, and the other provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. *
