Do you have a child with an upcoming birthday?  Could you use a little help to make their birthday celebration special? Welcome to the Gifts For Kids Birthday Club!  Gifts For Kids loves to help children celebrate their special day by supplying parents/guardians with all the supplies needed to make your child's birthday a happy one!  To apply, complete this form.  Please note:  You do NOT need to apply to pick up a cake mix, frosting mix, happy birthday banner, or candles.  Those items can be picked up at ANYTIME at Edgerton Outreach (see a food pantry volunteer).  This form is only needed when requesting a $25 GIFT for your child age 1 to 18 years old.  Once approved your gift will be ordered & shipped directly to Edgerton Outreach.  An Edgerton Outreach staff member will reach out to you AFTER the gift arrives to arrange a pick up date/time.  Birthday gift requests must be under $25 (1 request per child per year).  Gifts can take up to 2 weeks to arrive and gift requests are NOT guaranteed (dependent on funding).  Thank You!
