Pause Request Submission and Procedure:
- To initiate a pause, members must complete this pause request form.
- The form must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the desired start date of the pause.
- You will receive a formal confirmation email once your pause request has been processed.
- We are not able to retroactively implement pauses.
Pause Frequency:
- Members are welcome to pause their membership a maximum of 2 times per calendar year.
Pause Duration:
- Each pause must be a minimum of 2 weeks and can extend to a maximum of 12 weeks.
Terms and Conditions:
- Membership fees will be automatically suspended during the pause period.
- Note any classes booked within the pause period will automatically be canceled.
- The paused membership will automatically reactivate after the specified pause duration.
- Any remaining time in the billing cycle and unused class credits will be carried over upon reactivation.
- Member discounts on individual classes, privates, and retail will be suspended while the membership is inactive.
