2022-2023 CHS Performing Arts Booster - Volunteer and Interest Form
Our Performing Arts programs need a lot of parent help! This is an exciting year with Covid restrictions being removed and with the upcoming performance at Carnegie Hall. Many hands make light work! Please any check areas where you are able to volunteer. We can split the responsibilities of many events by having multiple chairs with specific tasks, so please don't be afraid to sign up!

Chorus Chair ** URGENT** : Measure students for chorus uniforms afterschool, collect checks and orders and place with vendor). Be parent contact for Carnegie Hall trip.
Music Chair: Attend winter and spring concerts, help with tshirt booth and possibly organize floral sales
Fall Drama Club Chair(s): Create playbills and posters/headshots, order tshirts, organize concessions, decorate lobby
Fundraising Chair(s): Come up with and implement general fundraising activities or events
Spring Musical Chair(s): Playbills, headshots, posters, tshirts, concessions, cast parties, etc.
Secretary: Open officer position... we do already have one person interested!
President or Vice President: This is an election year... if you are interested in taking on these responsibilities, Mary and Merrill will assist you in the transition!
Treasurer (not an election year, but if you are interested, let us know! We can work together this year to transition you for next year.
General volunteer (on our list to email when we need parents at events, etc.)
Raffle Chair: Collect items to be raffled off at Pops, play, and musical. Create raffle baskets. Coordinate 50-50s.
