Please complete this form if you are an individual player who is interested in joining a team to play in the World Festival, taking place from 16-19 August 2022 alongside the World Lacrosse Men's U21 World Championship (taking place 10-20 August 2022) at the University of Limerick in Ireland.

Cost:  €800 total
         
           INCLUDES: 7 nights accommodation, breakfast each morning, dedicated Free Agent Co-ordinator,
           tournament entry, practices and games, uniform package, Full ticket to all World Championship games,
           optional social excursion.

Cost €150 total for those with housing and accommodation arranged on their own*


(Note: Expected arrival on Sunday, 14 August and departure Sunday, 21 August.  World Festival games from 16-19 August.  The World Lacrosse Men's U21 World Championship Final will take place on Saturday, 20 August.)

If the event is cancelled, players will receive a refund.  If the player withdraws, they will receive a refund if withdrawal is notified on or before 8 June (ie 2 months prior to the start of the event).  Players who withdraw after that date will receive a 50% refund. More information will be provided in payment plan documentation to follow.
