Dee Dee's Thanksgiving Tub Order Form
We are taking pre-orders for TUBS (500ml) of our delicious, Fall-themed products! Cut off for Thanksgiving orders is THURSDAY, OCTOBER 5th at 5:00pm. Pick up on Friday, October 6th or Saturday, October 7th between 12:00pm - 7:00pm.  We will be closed on Sunday, October 8th.  Tubs are $10.20 each, all in!  
This will be on a first-come, first-serve basis as there's only so much we can make!  Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you soon.

You are responsible for picking up your tubs on Friday, October 6th or Saturday, October 7th.  Any tubs not picked up during these times will be sold to the public when we reopen the following Tuesday, October 10th.  Please skip the flavour selections, below, that you do not want. MAX FOUR (4) PER FLAVOUR, please.  

If you'd like more than four of any particular flavour, please leave your request in the notes section at the bottom.  We will be in touch if we are able to accommodate!
