The Olson PTO would like to publish an all school directory that will be compiled with Olson family information so that families can communicate with one another. It would include your family's last name, address, e-mail(s), phone #, and student name(s).  All families will be given one FREE school directory.  It is up to each family if they would like to participate and have their information included in the directory.  Only the information provided will be published.  Each family that would like to participate needs to fill out the form below and submit it by October 1st.  Please fill out the information below that you would like published in our school directory.

                    DIRECTORIO ESCOLAR DE OLSON PARA PADRES Y MAESTROS 2020-2021

A la asociación de padres y maestros de Olson (PTO) le gustaría publicar un directorio escolar con la información de las familias de Olson para que puedan comunicarse entre ellas.  Esta información sería EL APELLIDO FAMILIAR, DIRECCIÓN, E-MAIL, NÚMERO DE TELÉFONO Y NOMBRE DEL ESTUDIANTE.  Todas las familias recibirán un directorio escolar GRATIS. Depende de cada familia tomar la decisión de incluir su información en el ddirectorio o no. Sólo la información que nos proporcione será publicada.  Cada familia que quiera participar necesita rellenar la forma de abajo y devolverla antes del 1 de octubre 2020.  Por favor, escriba abajo la información que quiera compartir en el directorio escolar.
