Red Flag LAN Fest Inc. is the non for profit organisation behind the years of RFLAN computer LAN events in Perth. We have been running regular events in Perth for 20 years, and are 100% volunteer run. Without the generous support of our team of volunteers RFLAN would not be possible. Thanks to our consistent growth we are looking to expand our team and are on the lookout for amazing passionate people to join our team.

Applications for volunteers will CLOSE the 20th of NOVEMBER, and we will review and let applicants know if they have been successful in the days following. **IF YOU REQUIRE AN ANSWER BEFORE THEN, PLEASE EMAIL US RATHER THAN DOUBLE BOOKING, WE'RE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE**

We are looking for people who are available to help out during the event itself, but also on our setup day the day before the event (Friday December 11th), and at event pack up after the event (Sunday December 13th). While every effort is made to give you the shifts you request, we may roster you during the other times you have as 'available' if necessary. Please take this into consideration when marking your availability. If you are planning to attend the event but would like to help out with set up and/or pack up, that is also fine and still hugely appreciated!

IMPORTANT Dates/Times:
 - Event Setup: December 11th 9AM-9PM
 - ALL HANDS MEETING: Friday December 11th 7PM (If you are helping during the event this is compulsory unless you've let us know you definitely can't make it)
 - Event Duration: Saturday December 12th 9AM - Sunday December 13th 9AM (overnight)
 - Event Pack-up: Sunday December 13th 9AM-5PM

You do not require a ticket for the event if you are volunteering, and there is a limited amount space for you to bring and setup your computer for use during free time. We will let you know before the event if your application has been successful. *Please note, if you wish to volunteer, while you get free entry to the event, you will not be able to compete in any tournaments. You will be able to play casually in your off time but not compete.*

Lunch & Dinner is provided on Friday and Saturday.  Lunch is provided on Sunday.
