Chippewa Valley Youth Symphony Audition Registration Form
Please fill out this registration form if you are interested in being part of CVYS for the fall semester of the 2021-2022 season.
 
All new students must participate in the in-person auditions on either September 7th, September 14th, or September 21st. Students who were part of CVYS in the fall 2020 season are automatically accepted but need to take part in auditions as well for seating purposes. Results will be posted on Thursday, September 23rd. Music folders will be available for pickup on Friday, September 24th from Eckroth Music.

Please fill out this form prior to your audition as an indication of your registration and participation in CVYS for the fall of 2021. Make sure to select your preferred audition day on the bottom of the registration form. Contact us at info@cvyouthsymphony.org with any questions you may have.
