Aditya Mehta has a wealth of experience across investment banking, venture capital and media and entertainment with a career spanning 15 years. He graduated from Kelly School of Business at Indian University Bloomington.
Currently, Aditya Mehta is a part of the senior leadership team and heads corporate strategy at Sony Pictures Networks India. He has been instrumental in the network's growth and expansion. Some notable strategic initiatives and partnerships include the acquisition of Ten Sports from ZEEL, joint venture with BBC, re-entry of ESPN in India and Kids channel foray. Besides network expansion, Aditya has worked on some key sports content acquisition deals such as media rights for Cricket Australia, England & Wales Cricket Board, Euro, Olympics and other key non-sports rights. On the digital side, Aditya has been involved with Sony LIV's distribution strategy with telcos and content strategy with media rights and syndication.

Pamit Anand has over 15 year of experience across Education, Telecom and . He is graduated from Great Lakes Institute of Management in 2008 with an MBA in marketing. Pamit has been at People Interactive (Shaadi.com) since 2010 to develop their market across the world. He has worked in Marketing, Sales, Business Development in India and International Markets growing company revenues for over the last 9 years.

Dhaval Mehta is an expert career coach and counselor who is passionate about delivering, measured career outcomes to committed individuals who seek them. With a bachelors in Computer Science and Economics from University of Michigan, Dhaval has over 14 years of experience across Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Consulting and Education Management with top Companies including Citibank, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Kotak and other Fortune 500. He has been navigating students and institutions through products and services since 2012. He will lead the interaction and talk about the various careers in media and marketing, requirements and outcomes in discussion with both the speakers.
