Dear Montair Families,

My name is Lise Yoo and it would be an honor to serve on the Montair Site Council. I currently have a 2nd and 4th grader. I've been active in the Montair community for the last five years. In the classroom, I’ve learned about the multifaceted needs of our children as a room parent, art docent and a volunteer during library and computer lab times. Of course, being in remote learning this year it has heightened my understanding of the Montair curriculum and student’s needs! I’ve played a role in community events for Montair having spearheaded Movie Night as a co-chair for the past four years, a volunteer at our Montair Fall Carnival and running a booth at our inaugural Festival Around the World. Finally, I've been involved on the PTA board as Secretary for 2 years and currently as EVP; both roles over the past 4 years have helped form strong relationships with all of Montair’s stakeholders - parents, teachers, administrators, and staff. I hope to use these experiences to help Montair execute on its strategic plans and help all our children make the most out of this amazing community!
