In Whitehorse

We are in need of helpers on:

A) Monday June 10th at 5pm - 9pm at Mt Mac wax room to help us prepare Bib Packages for all our amazing racers.

B) Tuesday June 11th at 5:30pm - 8:30pm at Mt Mac wax room to help us distribute Bib Packages, manage waiver collection etc.

A) Whitehorse Bib Packaging Superstars (Monday June 10th, 5pm-9pm)

B) Whitehorse Bib Pickup Champs (Tuesday June 11th, 5:30pm - 8:30pm)

In Haines Junction

We are in need of helpers on:

A) Friday June 14th at 5:30pm - 8:30pm at Da Ku Cultural Center to help us distribute Bib Packages, manage waiver collection etc.

B) Saturday (race day) June 15th from 7:30am - 9:15am making sure the Start line is not an absolute chaos :)

C) Saturday (race day) June 15th from 7:45am-9:15am Start line announcer will be relieving and switching with another announcer

D) Saturday (race day) June 15th at Start line with Coat drop off for 4 and 8 persons teams from 8:15am -10:am. Some riders might be wearing a coat before the race start but don't want to be riding with it. They will leave their coat with you and you will drive their belongings to Checkpoint #1 and #2 (a vehicle is necessary for this position).

E) Pickup and setup ICycle Sports station from Race Coordinator at Checkpoint #3 and #5 + tear it down after the race and return to KCIBR staff (vehicle is necessary for this position)
