2021 Farmers' Market on Broadway - Corporate Booth
CORPORATE BOOTH AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in the 2021 Farmers’ Market on Broadway (FMOB). Please read carefully for all information regarding becoming a corporate booth vendor. The logistics and location of the market is still undetermined at this time but discussions with City Officials and the Health Department are in progress.  We are confident that the market will happen this year and we need to start planning accordingly.

General Guidelines

Fill out application by Friday, March 26, 2021.  You will be contacted regarding your acceptance or denial by Friday, April 16th. If you are denied the decision is final. There are a limited number of corporate booths available.

All vendors must read, accept and sign a copy of the FMOB rules to be turned in by Friday, May 14. You will not be allowed to set up until OBI has a signed copy of the FMOB rules on file. Rules to come once accepted.

If you are accepted, payment is due no later than Wednesday, May 5th. Cash, check or money order accepted. If you need to use a credit card, a convenience fee will be charged. Please make check payable to:

On Broadway, Inc.
340 N Broadway

All vendors must hold liability insurance

Booth fee is $3,000 for the nineteen-week season

Requirements and Process
The criteria below are used to evaluate each vendor in terms of acceptance and placement. However, OBI reserves the right to refuse any product or application at any time for any reason.

Corporate Booth Vendors – a for-profit company that does not fall within the category of produce, processed food, prepared on-site food, handcrafted or Broadway business

Only the product(s) and/or service(s) offered by your business may be showcased in your booth.

Selling of product(s) and/or service(s) is not permitted. This is a promotional booth.

All samples, giveaways and prizes must be approved by the Market Manager.

OBI looks to have a mix of industries represented by approved corporate vendors.

Only one 10’x10’ space will be given per corporate vendor.
Vendors are responsible for providing your own tent, tent weights, table, chairs, banners, etc.

If you will need power at your booth, please notify the market manager to coordinate. Note: power is not available in all areas of the market.

If you have any further questions or need additional information, please contact the On Broadway, Inc. (OBI) office at (920) 437-2531. Many applications are received, and the review process is complex. Please be patient and understanding. Thank you for your interest, we look forward to a great season.
