P7 Parental transition questionnaire
During the transition period from primary to secondary we receive a lot of information from your child’s primary school about their attainment and their needs.  We will continue to work with our primary colleagues in the coming weeks and months and have also set up a transition Google Classroom to allow high school staff to engage with your child.  However, in order to get to know your child more and to know how to support them best, we would also like to find out more from the people who know them best: their family.
