Vendors and nonprofit organizations are welcomed to the Palouse City park for a family friendly festival.  Live bands provide music from 11am to 8pm. Attendees may enjoy food and craft booths along with a festival beer garden. Attendance is around 500 people. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN•Saturday, July 30 2022.
•Vendors may set up between 8-10:30 am and must be open by 11:00am.
Unloading vehicles must be out of the area by 10:30am. No exceptions.
•PLEASE, NO VEHICLES ON CITY PARK GRASS

COST
$25 Arts/Crafts, Non-Profit or Food vendors Registration and payment must be received by July 23, 2022.

SUPPLIES
Participants need to supply all booth equipment including tables, chairs, and tents.
Booths are limited to 10’ x 10’. Electricity is limited!
Requests will be accommodated when possible. Please indicate your needs on the form.  
Food vendors must hold appropriate food service permits.

INFORMATION
Hold Harmless & Indemnification: All services rendered or performed under the agreement will be performed or rendered entirely at the Contractor’s (vendor) own risk and the Contractor expressly agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Palouse Arts Council its officers, agents, employees, and the City of Palouse and its officers, agents, employees from any and all loss, or damage including reasonable costs of defense that they may suffer as a result of claims, demands, actions or damages to any and all person(s) or property, costs, or judgments against the above mentioned parties and their officers, agents or employees, which result from, arise out of, or are in any way connected with the services per-formed by the Contractor under this agreement.
