Volunteering will consist of assisting with setup and registration in the morning, and monitoring talks to be on hand for assistance and/or find someone on staff who can assist if needed throughout the day.  Breakdown/cleanup is very fast and simple after. You can volunteer part of the day, the whole day, both days-- whatever works for you.

Setup
Taking tablecloths and office supplies and putting them where they need to go, hanging signage on doors and rooms, getting breakfast set up when it is delivered at 8:30. Lunch setup is similarly simple at 11:30.

Registration
Scan people in using tablets we have preconfigured. People paying at the door can pay with Square, which is also preconfigured.

Monitoring/Streaming Talks
If you have technical skills, especially with Twitch, let us know! We would love your assistance in making sure the talks are steamed.

Breakdown
On Saturday we just keep our belongings in the MIT room 124, which is locked for us and kept in lockboxes. Sunday, we take our tablecloths and supplies, put them in bins, and put them in our van. That's it!
