Student Acknowledgment:  I understand that I am currently enrolled in an AP class(es) and thus understand I must comply with the following guidelines/procedures.  Please acknowledge by typing your full name in the text box:                                                                                                (1).  I have read and understand the contents of the letter mailed to my house.  I understand I must comply with the information stated in the letter.                                 (2). I understand that I am responsible for knowing the date/time/location of each of my AP exams.  Moreover, I understand that if I am late I will not be admitted to the testing session and may not be granted a make up exam.                                                                                            (3).    I understand that I must register/ join my AP Class Section via the join code provided by my teacher.  I understand that it is solely my responsibility to join for each AP class that I am currently enrolled in for the 1st semester no later than October 9, 2020.                          (4). I understand if I need accomodations for any of my AP exams I need to contact Laura Moya no later than October 9, 2020.   If I do not contact Ms. Moya, I am indicating that I do not need to apply for accomodations and thus will not receive accomodations on my AP exams.                                       (5). I understand that if I miss my AP exam(s) I may not be granted an opportunity for a make up exam.  (6). FOR NCVPS & TELECONFERENCE STUDENTS ONLY: I understand that if I am enrolled in a NCVPS and/or teleconfernce AP course, I must join my NCVPS/Teleconference AP class and the exam only section for Pine Forest High.  Failure to join both sections will result in me not being able to take the AP exam.  Please see Ms. Moya for more info.  Please type your name below: *
