In this book, the authors outline effective tools and strategies for paid and volunteer ministry leaders that will create systems for long-term sustainability and stability. 

As we look to the future of our own children’s and youth ministries at Good Shepherd, we are getting a group of leaders, volunteers, parents, youth, and other interested parties together to read this book and brainstorm plans for our own communal life with young families.
