Description: Learn how to expand your business through e-commerce and exports. This capacity building program will equip entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and resources to become globally competitive and increase the participation of
small-and medium-sized businesses in international trade. Topics will include APIs, logistics optimization, utilizing support from the federal government, and some lessons learned on cross-border trade. UPS and U.S. Commercial Services have a strategic partnership aimed at increasing the participation of small businesses in the global trade arena.
