2019 Winter Sport Registration
Online registration, physicals and participation fees must be submitted NO LATER THAN Monday, November 25th. Any registration submitted after the above mentioned date will result in a late start.  
 
Physical forms, dated on or after November 2, 2018 must be dropped off to the Nurses Office NO LATER THAN Monday, November 25th.  Any physical turned in after the above mentioned dates will result in a late start.  

Participation fees dropped off to the Athletic Office, Room 120, must turned in NO LATER THAN Monday, November 25th. Please make sure the name of the registered student athlete is on the check or the envelope when the participation fee is turned in.  Failure to turn the participation fee in to the Athletic Office and/or failure to put the student-athlete's name on the check or envelope when the money is turned in may result in a late start.
