Talent Tree: Are you worth your salary? Positioning yourself & negotiating in times of CV-19 - 15.06.21

CV-19 has brought inevitable changes to the job market. It accelerated trends, moved (almost) all activities online, forced companies and candidates to adapt to the “new reality” – which often means waves of layoffs and unemployment crisis for thousands of people.

The job market was already competitive before CV-19. The current situation just made it worse – you have to put much more effort in your job search if you want to be successful. Truth is it’s not enough to have: a perfect CV, a flawless LinkedIn profile, a vast network of contacts. Shouldn’t you be lucky to get a job instead of worrying how to squeeze out a couple of thousand extra?

Being seen as a “high calibre” (in other words: worth paying a lot of money) candidate means… well.. there are certain things you can do for recruiters / companies to not have any doubt in their mind that you are “worth the money”.

During this meeting, Sandra Bichl from Career Angels, will focus on showing you:
- how to position yourself as a “high calibre candidate”
- how to approach interviewing strategically
- how to negotiate your salary
