For AY employment, a student must be enrolled at least half-time

Returning students must have a GPA minimum of 2.75

Before beginning work, the Work Authorization Form received by the student employee from Merrill Center Student Services needs to be completed by the student employee and the supervisor.  The completed form must be returned to Merrill Center Student Services.  

*For student workers who have not held a job on campus, the work authorization will come with a packet of additional hiring documentation. The student will not be able to begin work until all documents have been completed and returned.

Submitting this form will replace the requirement to submit the hard copy hiring form. Once we have received your selection of a student employee, we will review eligibility and then prepare a Student Employment Work Authorization for the student to pick up from Merrill Center Student Services.
