This survey is conducted by the Judiciary of Kenya. It asks you some questions about your experience with mediation and should take you less than 10 minutes to complete.  

Your participation is completely voluntary and will not affect your mediation case. You may choose to skip any questions you do not want to answer. There are no direct risks or benefits associated with participating in this study. However, your opinion will help to improve the Court-Annexed Mediation process in the future.   

Your answers are kept confidential. The Judiciary holds your personal information for internal and official purposes only and will match your survey responses with information about your mediation case (such as whether an agreement was reached). The Judiciary will never share your survey responses in a way that identifies you, either with the mediator you worked with or with any third parties.
