With the current COVID Pandemic and applicable states of emergency the North Millbourne Community League AGM has been delayed and will now be held Thursday July 9 at 7PM at the NMCL Hall.

In order to comply with current provincial health advisories as well as ensure a safe experience for our members, we are limiting the amount of people in the building at one time as well as taking additional precautions around sanitation and physical distancing.  As well for safety we will not be providing the usual snacks and refreshments but bottled water will be available.

In order to ensure the safety of all attendees, we are requiring registration for attendance at the AGM on a first come first serve basis.

In the event we reach capacity, we will notify you after your registration and put you on a waiting list for openings.

If you sign up and are unable to attend please contact promotions@nmclinfo.com as soon as possible so your seat can be released to another member.

The AGM is open to all members of the community.  As per our bylaws, in order to vote at the Annual General Meeting you must in good standing and be a Full Member of the league or an associate member who holds a current board position.  We will be prioritizing existing members if necessary for the limited seats.

If you do not have your membership number but are a member of NMCL please feel free to sign up and we will find your membership number from current member lists.

Entry priority will be given to those who have registered first.  Those who have not registered will not be admitted unless sufficient space is available
