Please consider my nominee for the following elected position(s):

PRESIDENT--presides over all PTSA mtgs, Coordinates work of officers and committees, Ensures all OTHS PTSA objectives are followed, and attends monthly local, council, VIPS and president meetings.

VP, PROGRAMS-- Responsible for planning and implementing OTHS PTSA sponsored programs.

VP, MEMBERSHIP--Responsible for OTHS PTSA membership drives and reporting back to council and state.

VP, FUNDRAISING--Responsible for planning and implementing OTHS PTSA fundraisers.

VP, VIPS (VOLUNTEERS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS)--responsible for coordinating volunteers. Manages requests for volunteers and maintains database of names/hours. Attends monthly VIPS meetings by the council. Also, puts together Volunteer Fair at beginning of the school year.

TREASURER--Responsible for all the funds of OTHS PTSA. Maintains and keeps accurate books and records. Chairs the budget committee. Presents Financial Reports both written and oral, at all meetings.

SECRETARY--Responsible for recording minutes of the OTHS PTSA general and board meetings, keeping accurate records of all the official work, and Chairs the Bylaw Committee.
