Job Summary

years are set to be our busiest yet with four brand new product categories by 2020. Dyson machines

boxes, booklets, exhibitions, customer service, apps… everything – all go the extra mile to be

We have exciting opportunities to work at our premium retail stores in high end malls across the
country. We are looking for highly motivated, engaging peoplecapable of working well in a team to
drive excellent execution at this store and deliver superlative customer experience. In addition to
retail, the store will also host exclusive customer and influencer events. Staff will play a key role in
ensuring that these events showcase our technology and drive excitement about our products.
Description
 A passion for Dyson technology and understanding of the brand and its machines.
 Proactively approaching customers in store and demonstrating the Dyson product range
according to their needs and requirements. Trading up through the product range as
appropriate.
 Be confident in public speaking, displaying the ability to carry out workshops in front of large
groups.
 Assisting the in store events manager planning, setting up and executing events.
 Championing a Dyson category/product within the store, working with your colleagues and the
brand manager to drive sales and interest in your designated area.
 Placing Dyson POS out in store where applicable.
 Checking that all Dyson products are out on display and in working order with the correct
price.
 Ensuring a safe shopping environment for our customers
 Ensuring the Dyson machines and display are tidy, clean and ‘shoppable’, ensuring that we
maintaining the highest of standards at all points throughout the day.
 Continuously building product knowledge and keeping updated on any product developments
within Dyson and our competitors.
 Actively building relationships with the team and the wider support channels to further the
success of the Dyson Demo. For example brand managers, PR and Dyson Professional.
 Meeting and exceeding sales, demonstration and workshop targets.
 Fulfil other duties as required

Person Specification
 Excellent English communication skills, adapting your style to suit the customer and their needs
 Be able to provide excellent customer service that goes above and beyond, solving problems that
other retailers ignore

 A passion for technology and understanding how things work
 Strong influencing, relationship building and fact finding skills
 Creative and innovative – able to think differently and work off own initiative
 Proven ability to hit targets and exceed results through delivering great customer service
 Experience in demonstrating a product or bringing a new product to market

 Can easily adapt to change in process and ways of working
Experience- 0 to 3 Years
6 Days working (Roster Off)
CTC: up to 5 lacs ( Depending on experience )
Location- Delhi/Mumbai

Interview Process:
Round #1: Initial screening by Unison consultant over a face-to-face meeting at Unison Office (address mentioned in signature). For Mumbai candidates, it will be a phone+video call interview.
Round #2: Interview in January 2nd week in Mumbai and Delhi with the client HR and Business Managers.
Round #3: You will be given a project for evaluation, post which the client will take a final call on your candidature.
