The programme will consist of:

✓ Speed, Agility & Quickness, balance, & co-ordination.
✓ Fitness training.
✓ Individual netball skills and drills.
✓ Self-confidence & team building.  
✓.   Netball skills and game play.

Please provide children with a packed lunch and additional refreshments - No Nuts.

If your child has a medical, please can you provide a photo of your child and the information required for staff on a separate sheet.
