2021 Valley Park Spring Sports Spectator Registration Form

-This form must be submitted with the names of the spectators by 10:00 am on the date of any contest being held at Valley Park School District. A separate form must be filled out for varsity & junior varsity games.

-We will be allowing 2 spectators for each player on the home and visiting teams.

-All spectators must remain masked at all times for all events at Valley Park School District.
-Spectators are highly encouraged to bring lawn chairs to allow for social distancing.
