All intending exhibitors must register and pay the Registration Fee of $60 before 21st June 2024. No late registrations will be accepted.

Registration is free for young people.
A space will be set aside for young people to exhibit their work. ALL work must be for sale.

One club member can pay for a space and share it with other members.

EVERY EXHIBITOR including young people must fill in a registration form with a 3-digit code listing items for sale.

A 15% commission is charged on all items sold.

Set Up Wednesday, June 26th, 11am – 8pm and Thursday 27th 10-4pm |
Pack Down Sunday, June 30th, 4pm – 7pm
Venue: Otaki Maori Racing Club public stand, 47 Te Roto Rd, Otaki
