How Paper Hearts Post Office Works:

Step 1: You (the artist) creates a design for the front of your card, sized for an A2 (4.25” x 5.5”) greeting card. Place your artwork in the templates provided.

Step 2: Place your artwork in the template provided, and we will prepare the files for print, through our locally owned printing house.

Step 3: Once the cards are received, we pair them by hand with envelopes.

Step 4: We meet with our Sobeys stores, and create orders based on store demand!

Step 5: We create an order, and package your cards for delivery.

Step 6: We deliver the cards and then keep an eye on our stands, to ensure they stay clean, full & presentable!

Step 7: Repeat!

Due to the quantity of submissions received, we will only be reaching out to artists to be carried in the upcoming season. We do keep all artist submissions on file, so if your artwork would be a good fit at a later season, we will be sure to get in touch with you!
