This form is for community partners to be added to the Collaboratory database and to share activities that they are involved in with Binghamton University faculty, staff and/or students. The first page will collect information about your organization so we can add you to the database as a community partner. The second page will collect information about an activity if you indicate that you are filling out the form to share that information.
If you provide us with information about an activity, we will get the activity started in Collaboratory and then reach out to the identified faculty/staff and/or students to have them claim and publish the activity in the database, with you looped into the outreach and review process.
