Maker's Market and affiliates uses vendor photos to create marketing materials for events. Can we use images found on social media or website?

Upon approval there is a $35 vendor fee.

Our No Show Policy:
Cancel within a week AND we are able to fill your spot you will receive 100% of your fee, in credit, applicable to any event, at the same venue, within one year.

Cancel within four days (96 hours) before the event AND we are able to fill your spot you will receive 50% of your fee, in credit, applicable to any event, at the same venue, within one year.

If you cancel within 36 hours or do not show/communicate within these timelines, you will be charged a $35 no show fee. If you do not pay your fee you will not be able to participate in any upcoming Market at the End of the Universe events, including MMCLT events.

Just a reminder that last minute no-shows and cancellations hurt us all. We understand that life changes happen but communication is key.  We do our absolute best in order to fill your spots so you can use your credit for future events!

Markets are rain or shine. We will monitor weather and should we need to reschedule we will do our best to apply your payment to the new date at the same location. No refunds will be given.

In the event of a venue change or cancellation, our utmost effort will be dedicated to applying your fee towards a future event. It is important to acknowledge that, in such instances, the funds allocated for advertising have already been spent. Consequently, no refunds will be issued.

North Carolina requires vendors to register in order to collect and remit taxes.  We ask that you inform yourself about the laws in your state. No fee is required to apply for a certificate of registration.
