Thank you for your interest in serving as a mentor within the Transfer Mentor Program at TU! Please complete the below questions which will help us best match you with a mentee. If you have questions about the form or the Transfer Mentor Program please contact Matt Hicks at hicks@towson.edu.

Please Note these important dates when completing the form:

• Monday, 8/26 at 12:00 PM (Noon): the deadline to complete this form
• Monday, 9/2 : You will receive confirmation that you have been matched with a student
• Tuesday, 9/10: Required Meet & Greet Breakfast from 8:00am-10:00am West Village Commons Ballrooms (4th Floor)
• Program Wrap-Up Event, details & date TBA
• Additionally, you will be asked to meet 1:1 with your mentee at least once during the semester

Please provide as much information as possible in the open ended responses; it enhances my ability to find you a student which best matches the support you are able to provide them.
