Acoustik Garden Lounge
• Cocktail • Finger Food • Indoor and Outdoor Space
Our venue is 21+ w/valid ID

 -No outside food, snack, water of any kind is allowed in the premises
- Food is allowed only on rented hours ( The client /producer must clearly discuss their menu, setup and brake down time with the management)
- No loitering in front of the establishment. (The client/producer must inform their invitees)
- No smoking at the front or inside of the establishment.
- No bicycles, skate board or any motorize object is allowed inside
- No animals (with the exception of licensed service animals)
- The (client/ producer) must Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.
- The use of any smoke/fog/haze machines.
- Confetti, glitter or other materials that cannot be swept completely should not be used at Acoustik.
- A substantial cleaning fee may result if confetti or glitter is used.
 - The venue is not wheel chair accessible.
 - No open flame, effects involving fire or pyrotechnics may be used in the premises
 - We must approve the use of any smoke/fog/haze machines (Outdoor only)
 - Screwing, bolting, stapling or nailing into the stage floor is not permitted.
 - No additional permanent fixtures, painting including on walls, floors or on an area of the venue.
 

 -  OUTSIDE / INDOOR SOUND LEVEL. Acoustik has to maintain sound level at all time as we try to maintain our relationship with our surrounding neighbors. All renters must work with us in doing so, therefore by completing this form you agreed that we can turn down the sound at any time.

 - WE ACOUSTIK GARDEN LOUNGE WILL CREATE AND MANAGE THE INVITE RSVP OF ALL EVENTS THROUGH EVENTBRITE. LIMITED ONLINE ACCESS WILL BE GIVEN TO ONLY ONE PERSON ELECTED THE BY CLIENT. 
ALL TICKET SALES WILL GO THROUGH ACOUSTIC SALES PLATFORM (This includes tickets at the Door)


 - On the day of event a holding fee of $300 must be charged on a credit card or cash. The fee is refundable after all checks are completed.

Non Refundable Deposit
NOTE: A 50% signed contract and date-hold deposit must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s). • The balance of your space rental fee is due three days to the event.  Payments by money order should be made to Acoustik Garden LLC.  Cash and major credit cards are also accepted.  There are no refunds of the space rental deposit after 7 business days  prior to event, as your agreement to rent Acoustik Garden on this date may cause the loss of additional bookings or business.  

AFTER CONFIRMING A DATE
You must submit your signed License Agreement (Contract) along with full balance of payment no later than one month prior to your event (or as stipulated in your License Agreement). Your total balance of payment will be listed in your License Agreement. Please do not send in final payment without your signed License Agreement.

You must acquire (if you do not already have) Workman’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability (including New York State Disability Benefits), Commercial General Liability (Personal Injury and Property Damage) Insurance with a single limit (any occurrence) of no less than $1,000,000 in acoustik and fire insurance for full replacement value (with the New York standard extended coverage clause) of all your effects and all other properties and materials owned, rented or brought into theater. You will need to name Acoustik Garden LLC as “insured” or “additional insured”, and furnish a Certificate of Insurance to us.
FOOD
We only allow outside food for booked events. The host must discuss with us the items that will be served. 
They must provide and displace a printed allergy sign where food is been served. 
We can only store cold food if there is the need .
AFTER CONFIRMING A DATE
HOLD HARMLESS:
The client shall indemnify and Acoustik Garden  harmless from and against any claim or demand (including, without any limitations, attorney's fees and expenses) imposed upon or  incurred by or asserted against Acoustik Garden by reason of any accident, injury to or death of persons or loss of or damage to any  property occurring during client's use of the Venue resulting from any negligence or tortuous act on the part of client or any of its agents, employees, invitees, or guests. The client agrees to be responsible of any claim aganist Acoustik and all of it's associates from any of their guests. The obligations of Client under this section shall survive any termination of this  agreement.
CONCESSIONS:
You are permitted to sell concessions (CDs, books, posters, t-shirts, etc.) at your show. You must provide your concessionaire. When sales are concluded, prior to load-out, the concessionaire must pay Acoustik Garden commission of 20% of your gross sales.

Acoustik Garden has the right (but not the obligation) to sell its own concessions at your show, including merchandise and refreshments.

Only Acoustik Garden may sell food or drink during your show.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT:
Producer must provide all equipment and/or effects necessary for the production. This includes backline, props, additional lighting, chairs, stands, music stand lights, as well as tools, tape, gels, extension cords, etc.
EXPENSES:

Client shall pay all expenses of every kind, name and nature arising out of the exercise by Producer of its  rights under this agreement, and Producer shall indemnify Acoustik Garden from all claims in connection therewith. Acoustik Garden shall under no circumstances be called upon to make any payments related to or in connection with the use of the Venue by the  Producer.

DO YOUR ACCEPT OUR HOUSE RULES AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL  BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF YOU OR YOUR GUEST DID NOT ABIDE TO THEM. *
