Septembrikuus tähistatakse üle maailma Linuxi ja vabavara päeva. Sel kolmapäeval tähistame seda Tartus Delta keskuses arvutiteaduse instituudis. Üritusel tutvustavad Tartu küberkogukonna liikmed erinevaid Linuxi operatsioonisüsteeme ja avatud lähtekoodiga tarkvara, mida igaüks saab kohapeal ise proovida. Kui midagi neist hakkab sulle väga meeldima, siis aitame rõõmuga selle sinu arvutisse paigalda. Nii et võta oma arvuti igaks juhuks kaasa ja tule LinuxFestile!
Et üritus läheks lahedamalt, pakume tervislikku süüa, juua, muusikat ja võimalust leida uusi sõpru meie väga kirjust küberkogukonnast. Ja kuna naissoo esindajaid on Linuxi maailmas märgatavalt vähem, siis kohtleme daame erilise tähelepanuga ja teeme neile kingitusi.

In September, Linux and Open Source Software Day is celebrated around the world. This Wednesday we will celebrate it at the Institute of Computer Science in the Delta center in Tartu. At the event, members of Tartu's cyber community will present various Linux operating systems and open source software, which everyone can try on the spot. If you really like one of them, we will be happy to help you install it on your computer. So bring your computer just in case and come to LinuxFest!
To make the event even cooler, we offer healthy food, drink, music and the opportunity to make new friends from our very colorful cyber community. We're committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone, and we especially encourage women and gender-diverse individuals to join us.
