In this survey we will ask for some details about your experiences in and out of school, and future aspirations. This will help us understand how best to support you as you transition from school to Post-16.

This survey is being conducted by Right to Succeed, a charity that works with your school to support pupil transition on to post-16 destinations. The only personal information we will ask for is your pupil number and email address. We ask for this so that your school and teachers can learn more about what you want to do after year 11. They will not pass this personal information on to Right to Succeed.
