All students attending PVMS during the 2022-2023 school year will use this form to select electives for next year.  We do our best to accommodate everyone's 1st choice of elective, however, this is not always possible.  All students are asked to choose their top three preferred electives. Failure to complete this form will result in an elective being assigned to the student.
