On December 14, we are closing down a portion of Main and Broadway for the Holiday Hoopla! We are looking to fill the space with food trucks, vendor booths, churches, and nonprofits and would love for you to be a part of the fun!

Roads will be closed from 4-9pm with the downtown events happening between 5-7:30pm. We anticipate around 1000 people at the event and only plan on having a handful of food vendors so that you can maximize your profits.

Please use this form to sign your organization up and we will be in contact shortly.

Here are some other things to know about the event:

- You will be allowed to set up starting at 4:00pm with set up complete by 4:45pm.

- You can stop service at 7:30pm.

- In the event that you run out of food, please notify the BCC info table to discuss and decide on next steps but please not that you will not be able to leave early due to the roads being blockaded.

- This event will happen rain, snow, or shine.

- The fee for food trucks is $65 to the Belgrade Community Coalition to help us continue the Festival of Lights fun into the future.
