Wellness the Big Picture: In this workshop, you will learn about the big picture of wellness and it’s different domains. You will also learn about paradigms, wellness frameworks, self-care strategies, work/life balance, and more.
Eating Well & Getting Good Nutrition: In this workshop, you will learn about basic nutrition, food nutrient groups, food portion sizes, meal planning, food labels, mindful eating, and more.
Staying Healthy with Exercise: In this workshop, you will learn about various types of exercises, exercise technologies, Physical Activity Guidelines , fitness equipment, and more.
Personal Leadership-Staying Motivated & Consistent: In this workshop, you will learn strategies for elevating your personal leadership to develop a healthy minset that helps you to make make good choices and create healthy sustainable habits.

Sport: Provides total body conditioning that includes a mix of strength & cardio exercises that simulate a fun gym class and encourage you to unleash your inner athleticism.
Strengthen & Stretch: Incorporates pilates and yoga-inspired moves to help increase flexibility and relaxation while also strengthening your body.
Dance Fit: Combines simple dance movements with basic exercises to get your whole body moving while enjoying positive and uplifting music. This is your fitness party class!
