200MWWC Road Cleanup Volunteer Sign up (UAF Staff & Students)

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “While a man was walking in the road, he found a thorny branch in the road and he moved it aside. Allah appreciated his deed and forgave him.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 2340, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1914.

200 Muslim Women Who Care (200MWWC) is having their annual road cleanup Sunday, September 26th from 9:00am-11:00am at ISTABA to clean a mile stretch of Orient Road. They need volunteers and we would like our students (grades 8-12) and staff to represent UAF and help them with this project. UAF's Goal #4 of this year is Community Reconstruction (Love for your brother what you love for yourself). This project is a great opportunity for us to serve the community.  If you are interested, please sign up below.

Please see the flyer below for details. High School students must arrive on time to receive their volunteer service hours (volunteer hours will be signed by 200MWWC).
