Do you have health insurance that you'd like to use? If so, which insurance company is it?  We are in network with First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Premera, Lifewise, Anthem, and other Blue Cross plans. We are happy to bill Out of Network for other plans, though some of our therapists have license types that some insurance does not cover.
