Dear Clifford families,

Each year we send a survey to currently enrolled families about their intent to return to Clifford School for the following school year. If you are already registered at Clifford you do not need to register, unless you are enrolling a new sibling not yet attending Clifford. If you are unsure if you are returning just give your best guess. The information we are collecting is just for internal information gathering and planning purposes and does not effect your enrollment status. Additionally, if you are planning on moving and leaving Clifford/RCSD and indicate that on this form, you will still need to let the district know of your plans as this is only for our own purposes and not RCSD.

Cada año enviamos una encuesta a las familias actualmente inscritas sobre su intención de regresar a la Escuela Clifford para el siguiente año escolar. Si ya está registrado en Clifford, no necesita registrarse, a menos que esté inscribiendo a un nuevo hermano que aún no asiste a Clifford. Si no está seguro de si regresará, dé su mejor estimación. La información que recopilamos es solo para fines de planificación y recopilación de información interna y no afecta su estado de inscripción. Además, si planea mudarse y dejar Clifford/RCSD y lo indica en este formulario, aún deberá informar al distrito sobre sus planes, ya que esto es solo para nuestros propios fines y no para RCSD.
